The company was established in 1987. The company is contractor packer of Britannia Industries Limited.

At 1987

The company starts with 70-80 workmen and 15 staff. Only plant-I was installed. Only Marie Gold & Thin Arrowroot was manufactured.

At 1993

Plant-II was installed. The manpower was increased by 150 workmen and 22 staff. New four varieties were introduced.

At 2008

Plant-III was installed, where thirteen varieties was manufactured. The manpower was increased by 500 workmen and 25 staff.

At 2012

Plant-IV was installed. The manpower was increased by 640 workmen and 27 staff.
